Homemade for coffeebreak at work
Every Friday we enjoy coffee break with cake or something sweet and edible (fika as we say in Sweden). Yesterday, I baked three kladdkakor, which is a type of chocolate cake that are soft and sticky in the center. I made a kladdkaka with chocolate spread and coconut flakes, a kladdkaka with chocolate spread and toffee sprinkles and a classic (plain) kladdkaka. The homemade cakes were popular and the colleagues were happy.
