Food findings from the High Coast
We visited the High Coast of Sweden last week. There are a lot of good food from North of Sweden. I tried some traditional dishes like tjälknöl, reindeer, smoked lavaret (whitefish), perch and more. I also bought some food treasury from the High Cost e.g. cloudberry jam, traditional flatbread from Mjällom and a tin of fermented baltic herring (I thought it was time to give it a try). The picture shows some of the food findings.
